dma_free_cb(D3)


dma_free_cb -- free a previously allocated DMA command block

void dma_free_cb(struct dma_cb *dmacbptr);

Description

dma_free_cb frees a DMA command block that was used for DMA transfers on ISA, EISA, or MCA DMA channels.

Arguments


dmacbptr
Address of the allocated DMA command block to be returned.

Return values

None.

Usage

The dmacbptr argument must specify the address of a DMA command block previously allocated by dma_get_cb(D3).

PC-AT compatible platforms with ISA, EISA, or MCA buses

Version applicability

ddi: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5mp, 6, 6mp, 7, 7mp, 7.1, 7.1mp, 8, 8mp

This interface is expected to be replaced or modified in a future release.
