destroy a condition variable
cc [options] -Kthread file
int cond_destroy(cond_t *cond);
cond_destroy destroys the condition variable cond.
This includes invalidating cond and freeing any
associated implementation-allocated dynamic resources.
pointer to the condition variable to destroy
cond_destroy returns zero for success
and an error number for failure.
If any of the following conditions is detected,
cond_destroy returns the corresponding value:
cond still has other threads waiting on it
invalid argument specified
