Obsolete timer and scheduler parameters


HRTIME
Formerly, defined the size of hrtimes array. The array was used for keeping track of sleep and alarm requests for the standard real-time clock.

HRVTIME
Formerly, defined the size of itimes array. The array was used for keeping track of the alarm requests for the clocks measuring user process virtual time and a process's virtual time.
