pkgtrans

The pkgtrans(1) command translates a package already created with pkgmk(1) from one package format to another. It can make the following translations:

A package in a fixed directory structure can be in a directory on disk (for example, in a spooling directory) or on a removable device such as a diskette. A datastream can be on any device; for example, on a disk or a tape.
