Administering the ttymon port monitor

Listing which services are configured for a ttymon port monitor

To list all services for all port monitors on the system, enter:

pmadm -l

To list all services for a specific port monitor, enter:

pmadm -l -p pmtag

For example, the command pmadm -l -p ttymon2 produces output similar to this:

PMTAG PMTYPE SVCTAG FLGS ID SCHEME PMSPECIFIC
ttymon2 ttymon 21 u - login /dev/term/01 - - /usr/bin/shserv - 9600 ldterm login: - - - - #
ttymon2 ttymon 22 ux - login /dev/term/02 - - /usr/bin/shserv - 9600 ldterm login: - - - - #
ttymon2 ttymon 23 ux - login /dev/term/03 - - /usr/bin/shserv - 9600 ldterm login: - - - - #
ttymon2 ttymon 24 u - login /dev/term/04 - - /usr/bin/shserv - 9600 ldterm login: - - - - #
In this display, the ``PMSPECIFIC'' fields include the device (such as /dev/term/01), the service to be invoked (/usr/bin/shserv), and the prompt login:. See the ttyadm(1M) manual page for a complete description of the ``pmspecific'' fields.
