Packaging SCO OpenServer 5 drivers for installation

Writing mkdev scripts

If provided, a mkdev(ADM) installation script should be easy to use, and should allow the customer to adjust the IRQ, I/O ports, dual-ported RAM address/size, and the other fields in the sdevice file. The script should not make /dev files itself, but should adjust the Node file. When the kernel is relinked, link_unix(ADM) will optionally call idmknod(ADM) to create the new /dev entries.
